Postdoctoral Researcher
Davi Mota is currently working as a postdoctoral researcher at the Center for Studies on the Musical Gesture & Expression (CEGeME) at the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG) — Belo Horizonte, Brazil. He has a bachelor in music (conducting, UFMG, Brazil 2010) and a master in Sonology (UFMG, Brazil, 2012). He obtained his PhD in Sonology at the Music School of UFMG (2017) focusing on the analysis of musical performance, the role of expressive body movement in ensemble interaction, and ensemble synchronization.
